I’m giving 4 stars because delivery was late. I wanted the arrangement delivered before 1pm and even got assured by the lady I talked to that it would be delivered before then and it got there close to 3pm. People are paying big money for these arrangements I feel like the least they can do is be delivered on time especially when destination is only less than 20 minutes. Over all my brother loved his arrangement.
